You can disable your Secondary Mailbox on the CommuniKate New Look web site at .
Click My Account at the top right, then Account Information. In the left menu, click Secondary Account.
Next to Account Status, change the dropdown to Disabled then click Update.
Please notify your contacts that your Secondary Mailbox has been disabled, so they can remove it from their distribution lists. Messages sent to the disabled Secondary will be delivered to your mailbox, which could result in duplicate messages.
