Press anywhere on the message and it will start playing.
New Messages are included in the Inbox, along with listened to but Unsaved Messages.
Inbox (and Saved) messages have the same left swipe for more options.
Inbox (and Saved) messages do NOT Autoplay and cannot be custom sorted.
Press the i icon next to the message to play the message and for more options. (Message Full Screen Mode)

Record a Reply if the message is from a Kate Subscriber Contact OR
If the message is from a non-Kate number or from a Kate number that is not yet a contact, then the app will ask if you want to call the number from your phone.
Add as a contact first before replying to send a Subscriber a message instead of calling their Kate from your phone.

More Options: Mark Unread, Mark Urgent, Cancel
Marking a message as Unread will put it back in the New Messages section, unless it has been Saved.
Press Add Tag
Type in a Tag name, then press Done. Don't enter a hashtag, that's added automatically.
You can add up to 8 tags per message.
There is no limit to how many unique tag names you can create.
We've added two suggestions to start with #SuccessStory and #Training but customers can enter whatever label they like.
Added tags are accessible on the My Kates screen under Personal Tags.
Press the Microphone button to record a Preface. It will switch to a pause icon, press it to stop recording.
Press the word Urgent to mark the message as Urgent.
Press the pencil to add a Note.
Press the Plus sign to add Contacts or Contact Lists as recipients.
Press Groups for a List, Kate for Kate numbers, or Email to add E-mail Addresses as recipients.
Press anywhere next to intended recipients, then press Select.
Note: You can add recipients from all tab before pressing Select and all will be added.

Press the + sign at the top right to add a Note or Tag to the message.
To remove a tag press the i icon next to the message in your inbox, so that it opens full screen. Press the tags icon, then backspace the tag and it is removed. Press Done.
Once the message has recipients, press Send.
Note: If the contact you are forwarding the message to has a Kate mailbox, then you cannot send or forward a message to their email address. Create a separate contact with JUST the email address as a workaround.
Press Select at the top left of the inbox screen.
Press each message that you would like to forward, then press Forward.
Contacts you send messages to frequently will be suggested, otherwise you can press the magnifying glass to go to your contacts.
Press anywhere next to intended recipients, then press Select.
Press Send.
