# Storage Limit

Your account can hold 200 total voice mail messages, including both Saved and Unsaved messages. Incoming voice mail messages will unfortunately be rejected until your message list is back under 200.

On the New Look CommuniKate web site, your total number of messages is listed at the top right of the Voice Mail screen.

If you are using the iPhone or Android APP, under **Options** it will also tells you how many voice messages the mailbox has, of the allowed 200.

You can download voice mail messages from the New Look CommuniKate web site, then delete them, to make room for new messages. Click **Messages**, then **Voice Mail**.

Click the message you would like to download, so that it opens in the right-hand pane. At the top of the right pane click **Download MP3**.
