# Billing

You can review and change your billing information online.

Log in to your CommuniKate New Look website.\
\
Click **My Account** then **Billing**. From this screen you can make a payment and review your recent transactions.\
\
Click **Payment Options** in the left menu to update the payment method on file for your account.\
\
Click **Account Information** in the left menu to update your Billing Address or the e-mail address where your statements are sent.\
\
Any changes will take effect immediately. Pending transactions will be automatically retried when new billing information is saved.
