Where can I find the mobile app?

You can find the CommuniKate mobile app in the iTunes and Google Play app stores. Search for CommuniKate.

Who can use the app?

Any CommuniKate customer with an active Unlimited account.

Can I use the app with my tablet?

The app is optimized and sized for phones only at this time. You CAN install it on the your tablet, but the app sizing will stay consistent with your phone.

To install the app on an iPad, search for CommuniKate. When it doesn't find the app, change the dropdown in the top left from iPad only to iPhone only and search again.

Why was I logged out?

You may be logged out of the CommuniKate mobile app if you attempt to use it from a location with poor internet access, if there is a billing issue impacting your access, if we are performing maintenance or experiencing a temporary issue impacting app access.

I am locked out of my account. How do I get back in?

Locked accounts are caused by security lockouts from the web or phone, or due to a billing issue.

For incorrect password attempts: You can change your CommuniKate web password and/or Security Code online at https://reset.securekate.com

For billing issues: Log into your CommuniKate web site to review your billing information and make a payment at https://login.katewwdb.com.

I cannot log in but I know my password is correct. Why?
