Outlook 2007 Email Set-Up

Below are the settings for adding your CommuniKate e-mail account to Outlook.

If you cannot send mail, please check the following settings:

In Outlook, click Tools then Account Settings. Highlight your CommuniKate e-mail address, click Change.

Under Server Information, change both the incoming and outgoing mail server to mail.securekate.com

Click the More Settings button. Check the box for My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

Click the Advanced tab. Next to Incoming Server (IMAP), enter 993 and select SSL as the encryption type. If your Incoming Server is (POP3) then enter 995 as the Port number. Next to Outgoing Server (SMTP), enter 465 and select TLS as the encryption type.

Click OK. Click Next. Click Finish.
