Options

The name at the top is the mailbox name, which is helpful to determine if the person is logged in as the Primary or Secondary.

Options also tells you how many voice messages the mailbox has, of the allowed limit.

If customers do not like the “automatic playback” of unread messages, then there is a setting right under Notifications section called “Auto Play Inbox” Flip that to Off.
