Download a Message

You can download your voice mail messages from the New Look CommuniKate web site.

After you log into the New Look website, click Voice Mail.

Click on your Inbox.

Select the voice mail message, so that it opens in the right pane.

At the top of the right pane, click the link called Download MP3.
