Add a Note

You can add Notes to voice mail messages in our New Look CommuniKate web site.

Click Messages, then Voice Mail.

Click the message you would like to add a Note to, so that it opens in the right pane. Type your note in the My Note: field then click Save Note. Notes have a limit of 255 total characters.

Notes are included when messages are forwarded.
