Follow these steps for Outlook Office 365 Setup.

Click File.

Click Add Account.

Enter your email address, then click the dropdown menu next to Advanced options.

Check the box next to Let me set up my account manually.

Click Connect.

Click IMAP.

Enter your password, then click Connect.

Under Do you want to continue using this server, click No.

The screen will say Something went wrong. Don't Panic!

Click Change Account Settings.

Under Incoming mail Enter mail.securekate.com as the server. Enter 993 as the port. Select SSL/TLS as the Encryption Method.

Under Outgoing mail Enter mail.securekate.com as the server. Enter 465 as the port. Select STARTTLS as the Encryption Method. Click Next.

Click Connect, then click Done.

If you cannot send mail, please check the following settings:

Click File, then select your Kate email address from the dropdown menu. Click Account Settings, then Server Settings.

Enter your FULL e-mail address next to Username. Enter your e-mail password next to Password. Check the box called Remember password. Enter mail.securekate.com as the server. Enter 993 as the port. Select SSL/TLS as the Encryption Method.

Click Outgoing mail Enter mail.securekate.com as the server. Enter 465 as the port. Select STARTTLS as the Encryption Method. Check the box for My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.

Click Next, then Done.

If you need to change your password, please follow the below steps:

Click File, then select your Kate email address from the dropdown menu. Click Account Settings, then Update password. Enter your new password, click Next, then Done.
